Overview Support engineering excellence initiatives by improving asset documentation, spare parts management, contractor capability development, and engineering data digitalization. The role will help strengthen equipment reliability, documentation accuracy, and data-driven decision-making through centralized engineering information systems. Responsibilities Conduct an inventory and cataloging exercise for all repaired spare parts , including identification, status, storage, and utilization tracking. Verify P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) against actual field conditions and support as-built documentation updates. Coordinate equipment, piping, and instrumentation labeling/tagging activities to improve asset identification and maintenance effectiveness. Support the planning and execution of engineering and contractor workshops focused on safety, maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence. Centralize engineering data from multiple sources into a structured repository. Automate data collection and reporting processes required for engineering performance dashboards. Develop dashboards and reports to track key engineering KPIs, asset performance, maintenance activities, and project progress. Identify opportunities to improve engineering document control and data management practices. Qualifications Education Undergraduate (Senior Year) or recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines .
