Overview The Roshan Kal Internship Program provides students with hands-on experience through meaningful business projects, cross-functional exposure and opportunities to develop practical workplace skills. Responsibilities Support the Franchise team in tracking key business priorities, performance indicators and ongoing initiatives. Assist in analysing market, volume and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams and franchise partners to support timely execution of business plans. Help prepare presentations, reports and performance updates for management discussions. Participate in market visits to understand business operations, customer needs and in-market execution. Track action items and project timelines to ensure effective follow-up and completion. Contribute to process improvement and other strategic projects assigned during the internship. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively. Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
