Overview The Roshan Kal Internship Program provides students with hands-on experience through meaningful business projects, cross-functional exposure and opportunities to develop practical workplace skills. Responsibilities Support qualitative research, including interviews, focus groups and market observations. Assist in developing research guides, capturing feedback and identifying key themes. Analyse consumer insights and translate findings into clear recommendations. Support research reports, presentations and ongoing insights projects. Qualifications Currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Strong research, analytical and communication skills. Curious, detail-oriented and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.
