Overview Support productivity, process optimization, loss reduction, and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and packaging operations. The role will leverage data analytics, automation, process studies, and dashboarding to improve operational efficiency, material utilization, inventory control, and performance visibility. Responsibilities Develop an automated decision-support agent to recommend optimized production splits on an hourly basis. Lead the end-to-end investigation and resolution of PC32 oil transfer meter discrepancies impacting month-end efficiency and reporting accuracy. Conduct time and motion studies to optimize packaging changeover cleaning through improved tools, processes, and labor utilization. Design and automate shift-wise performance dashboards with visual alerts highlighting losses and operational deviations. Map and analyze film waste generation by shift, identify root causes, and develop visual displays for packaging line monitoring screens. Develop a tracking system for FBO chemical usage (PC50, PC32, KK), monitoring issuance, consumption, and balance inventory. Identify and quantify oil wastage opportunities by analyzing FL710 values, oil pickup data, and fat trap production across all lines. Create a centralized and searchable repository of all Risk Assessments (RAs) and SOPs related to Process Control (PC), NPC, and Packaging operations. Support the end-to-end execution of defect-fixing campaigns , including stakeholder onboarding, progress tracking, and successful go-live implementation. Develop user-friendly training materials , including video tutorials and PDF guides, to support daily and weekly DLS painting activities. Qualifications Education Undergraduate (Junior/Senior Year) or recent graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems .
