Overview Support warehouse and logistics optimization initiatives through data-driven analysis, process improvement, and digital reporting. The role will focus on enhancing productivity, inventory accuracy, dispatch efficiency, and 3PL performance management to improve overall supply chain effectiveness. Responsibilities Conduct time and motion studies to identify productivity improvement opportunities within warehouse and logistics operations. Analyze warehouse processes and recommend initiatives to improve labor utilization, operational efficiency, and throughput. Perform WMS (Warehouse Management System) and inventory analysis to identify inventory accuracy gaps and improve stock integrity. Develop inventory reconciliation and reporting mechanisms to monitor inventory performance and shrinkage. Assess dispatch and dock operations to identify bottlenecks and optimize loading, unloading, and vehicle turnaround times. Evaluate service levels, throughput, and operational KPIs to improve warehouse and transportation performance. Develop a Digital 3PL Partner Scorecard to track key metrics such as service levels, OTIF, inventory accuracy, turnaround times, and compliance. Create interactive dashboards and insights platforms using Power BI to provide visibility of warehouse and logistics performance. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and executive presentations. Qualifications Education Undergraduate (Junior/Senior Year) or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Logistics, or related disciplines .
