Overview Support the development of a centralized HR Digital Insights Hub by creating Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that consolidate key HR workstreams into a single, data-driven reporting platform. The role will help transform manual reporting into actionable insights across talent, people metrics, digital adoption, and strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for key HR workstreams and People KPIs. Analyze and visualize HR metrics including recruitment, turnover, retention, onboarding effectiveness, talent management, OHS actions, and project progress.Support tracking of 2026 strategic priorities, including: Talent of the Future Frontline Focus Digitize for Future Next Chapter for Growth Generate insights and recommendations from HR data to support decision-making. Design executive-ready presentations and visual reports using PowerPoint and Canva. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and improve data visibility. Support automation and digitization initiatives to enhance HR reporting efficiency. Qualifications Undergraduate student (Junior or Senior Year) Background in Business Analytics, Information Systems, HR Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
