Are you willing to be a part of an ambitious company project ? NAOS, major international stakeholder of Skincare, is looking for a  AMAZON EUROPE PROJECT MANAGER, in Fixed term contract from 17/08/2026. Inside the CCO team, you are a major stakeholder alongside the Global Key Account Manager in order to developp the Naos Sales on Amazon, in Europe - France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Belgium.  In this context, your main missions are the following:   Project Management & Business Ownership:- Oversee end-to-end Amazon business performance, ensuring delivery against key KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, profitability)- Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across stakeholdersStakeholder Management & Coordination:- Act as the main point of contact between NAOS, Amazon, and external agencies- Lead cross-functional alignment and challenge partners to drive performanceCatalog & Content Management:- Supervise product listings optimization (SEO, keywords, A+ content, brand store)- Ensure content excellence and consistency across all product pagesRetail Media & Performance Marketing:- With the guidance and support of the external agency, define and optimize Amazon Ads strategy- Monitor and improve key metrics (ROAS, ACOS, TACOS)Data Analysis, Reporting & Financial Tracking:- Track key Amazon KPIs (sessions, conversion rate, Buy Box %, sales performance)- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth- Ensure accurate sales tracking and proper integration of Amazon data into internal systems (SAP)- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee data reliability for financial reporting and forecastingSupply & Operational Coordination:- Monitor stock levels, availability, and supply chain performance- Define and recommend product assortment and ordering strategy based on performance and business priorities- Provide data-driven recommendations on replenishment and product mix to maximize salesStrategic Planning & Growth:- Contribute to pricing strategy- Identify growth levers and implement test-and-learn initiatives- Support the development and execution of the annual activation plan Join a company with a purpose, inspired by a claimed humanist utopia, and come experience a humane, collective and enriching company.  Our typical recruitment process:It might slightly change.1.     CV screening. Given the large amount of application, this process can sometimes be as long at 4 weeks.2.    First 15-minutes contact to narrow down your wishes : via phone or via EasyRecrue video interview.3.    Interview with different stakeholders.4.    Optionnally, it could be asked that you realize a case study.
