As HR Project Manager – Talent & Learning, you’ll support a range of business units across Europe with the successful execution of talent management strategies, succession plans, leadership development, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities of HR Project Manager – Talent & Learning Lead regional Talent Management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives across Europe Coordinate employee engagement programs and support follow-up actions across the region Manage regional HR reporting, dashboards and people analytics, ensuring accurate workforce data Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to deliver regional HR initiatives and events HR Management responsibilities for the Netherlands office including recruitment and end-to-end employee lifecycle Experience required: 8+ years' HR experience in an international organization Strong background in Talent Management, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement Good understanding of different cultures across Europe Strong project management, stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience with HR systems and people analytics Positive and can-do attitude with ambitious goals for the region EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
