Overview The PMO COE Sr Manager for Future of Enterprise (FOE) is responsible for providing best-in-class PMO COE program management services to the Future of Enterprise initiative, an initiative that looks to ensure the business is ready and able to embrace emerging technologies (eg. Gen AI) and meet business goals by end of 2030. The role leads program governance, performance management, schedule management, and supports scope and cost management processes for the initiative. Responsibilities Serve as the focal point for program management activities for FOE Lead SteerCo and Workstream forums to ensure alignment on goals and how to deliver them Own executive-level slide creation for leader meeting, including slide design, insight generation, and alignment with senior leadership expectations. Refine and facilitate the governance process to ensure adequate prioritization, allocation of resources, and resolution of critical topics. The Compensation & Benefit details are subjective to US region and may vary for others based on the location. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications 10+ years of professional work experience, with at least 3 years in Project Management related roles Project/Program/Portfolio Management certifications across both Waterfall and Agile approaches Differentiating competencies include: Consulting background, able to influence EVP+ members Thrives in uncertainty and delivering clarity of thought and action from it Solid working knowledge of PepsiCo organization, in particular with HR, Finance and S&T functional knowledge Highly motivated and decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills. Self-starter capable of managing their own agenda within a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and provide a top-line strategic view and detailed and accurate analysis to support recommendations for leadership decisions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork, build strong partnerships, and embrace change.
