Katie Insley Director [email protected] My Profile See my jobs Job Description EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organization in its search for an Employee Relations Specialist to join the HR team on a 10-month contract. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll provide expert advice and guidance on topics related to Employee Relations, workplace investigations, and organizational change specifically for The Netherlands to create a fair and positive workplace experience. Responsibilities of Employee Relations Specialist Lead Employee and Labor Relations across The Netherlands business Advise leaders and HR Business Partners on complex employee relations matters, performance management and disciplinary processes Conduct high-risk workplace investigations and support conflict resolution Build strong relationships with Works Councils, supporting collective labor agreement negotiations and consultation processes Provide labor relations expertise during restructures, organizational change and workforce transitions Coach leaders and HR teams on employment law, policy application and employee relations best practice Experience required Strong HR experience with expertise in Employee Relations, Labor Relations or Industrial Relations within a complex environment Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace investigations and HR compliance Experience supporting organizational change and managing complex employee relations cases Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
