Summary
As Team Leader - Front Office, you will support the successful operation of the Front Office by leading daily shift activities, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining Hyatt brand standards. You will act as a role model for the team, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the Hyatt brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Lead and supervise Front Office operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle guest and internal customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution and follow-up.
Ensure efficient check-in, check-out, room allocation, cashiering, and guest service procedures are carried out according to Hyatt standards.
Support the management of VIP arrivals, special requests, group bookings, and guest recognition programs.
Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservation details, and guest history records within hotel systems.
Monitor room inventory, room status, and operational requirements in coordination with Housekeeping and other departments.
Ensure Hyatt brand standards, departmental procedures, and guest experience initiatives are consistently implemented.
Assist in training, coaching, and motivating Front Office colleagues to continuously improve performance and service delivery.
Ensure colleagues maintain professional grooming standards, punctuality, and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
Support revenue generation through effective upselling and promotion of hotel services and facilities.
Prepare and balance cashier transactions, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and cash-handling policies.
Maintain strong working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Support the achievement of guest satisfaction targets, departmental objectives, and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Attend training sessions, departmental meetings, and briefings as required.
Demonstrate flexibility and perform other reasonable duties as assigned to meet operational and guest service needs.

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience within a hotel environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management systems.
Strong understanding of Front Office operations, guest service standards, and cashiering procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
