We are a young but fast-growing company: our lean and very organized team empowers talented individuals to own important responsibilities, collaborate on multiple subjects, and quickly advance their career !Job DescriptionThe RoleAs a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a specific segment of the roadmap for the new developments of Streem Energy products.  You will report directly to the Lead Product Manager and you will work alongside the engineering team, the customer operations and the sales team, to define the new features, and execute the ambitious ideas we have! On your day-to-day, you will:Gain a deep understanding of all our users' personas and the renewable energy markets to come up with elegant and meaningful solutions.Design product and features specifications rigorously.Prepare and plan your squad’s development sprints in the context of a multi-squad organizationEngage with the engineering team during the development, testing and release stages. This includes challenging the outputs of Streem’s models and testing the reliability of the data by conducting analyses.Ensure the quality and predictability of the deliveries.Manage the backlog of developments of your own tracks.Monitor usage and user feedback continuously.Support our Customer Operations and Sales teams.Attend clients meetings occasionally.QualificationsOne of Streem’s core values is to “try to get better, always” and as such we are looking for an experienced product manager with a strong bias toward execution. Shipping high quality features at a fast pace is your day-to-day challenge!You have at least 3 years experience as a product manager in B2B, building data-oriented products.Strong interest in the renewable energy market and the green transition (previous experience in the energy market would be a plus).Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyse, challenge or be challenged on complex dataset (being proficient in Excel/VBA, SQL, python, or other programming would be an advantage).Creative mind, passionate about product and technology, you are obsessed by design and experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English: you have great presentation skills with a natural ability to convince the stakeholders ( given our international client base,  other international language skills are highly appreciated) Disclaimer: You don't check all the boxes but can learn fast and want to take on new challenges?
