Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an intern for the restaurants. That placement will start in September 2026 between 3 or 6 months.
Perched above the rooftops of Paris, L’Oiseau Blanc offers a unique fine dining experience with breathtaking panoramic views of the French capital and the Eiffel Tower. A tribute to French aviation pioneers Charles Nungesser and François Coli, the restaurant combines elegance, history, and emotion in an exceptional setting.
Led by Chef David Bizet, whose cuisine has been awarded two Michelin stars, L’Oiseau Blanc showcases contemporary French gastronomy inspired by the seasons, local terroir, and a strong commitment to sustainability. Key Accountabilities:
Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.
Perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard.
Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service.
Ensure the consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods.
Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
Have knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
Ensure usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed
Maintain a culture in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and core principles of HSH.
