The Demand Manager owns the end-to-end demand planning process and the Demand step of S&OP for France, Belgium & Africa cluster. The role consolidates statistical forecasting, market intelligence, and commercial inputs to deliver a single, consensus demand plan that drives service performance, cost efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance he/she leads the monthly S&OP Demand Review, from preparation through facilitation and decision-making process (Consensus). Maintain the documentation.
  • Deliver an aligned 3 month rolling forecast at multiple aggregation levels (as well, starting from Q2 a FY forecast)
  • Own key performance indicator like Forecast Accuracy by country, channel, and product family.
  • Build and maintain the statistical baseline and apply validated overrides (promotions, tenders, phase-in, phase out, etc.).
  • In charge of alignment with A&C data on FCST, LE and MP.
  • Manage short-term reforecasting and exceptions, conduct post-event analyses.
  • Ensure master data quality (ex. ABC classification).
  • Lead improvements in planning tools, processes, and SOPs.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or S&OP (multi-site preferred).
  • Good knowledge of statistical forecasting.
  • High proficiency with Excel (incl. Power BI).
  • Languages: fluent in French & English. Italian, Spanish, Arabic as a plus.
  • Previous experience working with APS tools will be an important plus.
