Responsibilities: Design and document scalable automation solutions, including the creation of Solution Design Documents Develop and maintain automations using UiPath, Python, and related technologies, ensuring solutions are efficient, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with development standards Research, evaluate, and test emerging automation technologies, with a particular focus on AI-driven solutions, to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to business stakeholders Plan, execute, and support Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities Assess, develop, and implement change requests in accordance with established governance and change management processes Provide technical guidance to other developers, supporting them in troubleshooting complex issues and sharing best practices What you'll bring Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath (preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or NICE 3+ years of experience delivering automations using technologies such as RPA, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar automation frameworks Experience with PostgreSQL, Azure Tables, or other database technologies is an advantage Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively in real-world business environments Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve automation solutions Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to create clear, concise, and high-quality technical documentation
