What you’ll be doing You’ll take ownership of your team’s success — creating an environment where people feel motivated, supported, and empowered to perform at their best. Lead, coach and develop a team of coordinators and warehouse colleagues (FTE & flex) Create a positive, safe and high-performing team culture Drive performance through clear communication, coaching and feedback Own daily operations and ensure work is delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards Lead start-up meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams Identify opportunities to improve processes — and take action Ensure work instructions and processes stay accurate, consistent and effective Play an active role in people decisions — from hiring to performance and development What you’ll bring You don’t need to tick every box — but your leadership style and mindset matter.
