The Campus Services Department at INSEAD ensures the smooth operation and management of the school's global campuses. INSEAD seeks an Apprentice, Administrative Assistant to join our Campus Services department. This is an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.
About the Job
The Apprentice Administrative Assistant within Campus Services at INSEAD provides crucial support to the department by managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This includes handling communications, processing orders and invoices, maintaining records, and assisting with the logistics of campus operations. You will report to the Administrative Manager.
Your role within the team
- Input revenue data in Excel.
- Generate reports using the hotel management software.
- Update the Campus Services procedures.
- Place orders in Horizon and ensure they are invoiced, follow up with suppliers.
- Follow up the expenses versus budget.
- Manage the reporting of variable elements for the entire hotel team (payroll, consecutive working days, and overtime hours).
- Manage furniture inventories: place orders, enter items into the system, and attach the invoice to the record of each purchased item.
The ideal profile
- Ideally starting a BUT GEA or BTS SAM in September 2026.
- At ease with Excel and Pack Office, familiar with technology.
- Flexible and ability to adapt.
- Good communication skills. Proficiency in English would be an asset.
- Meticulous attention to details.
- Willingness to learn, curious and motivated.
