Le poste en détail

As part of the rollout of the Group Artificial Intelligence strategy, the Group AI Office wishes to obtain a service aimed at structuring and formalizing guidelines for the reuse and use of AI solutions across the SG Group. The beneficiary wishes to implement several changes to its technical foundation. In this context, the beneficiary wishes to benefit from the Supplier's expertise in managing and administering business IT systems. The service will contribute to:

1. Assessing the SaaS solutions used by the Group for AI capabilities, based on the internal supplier-management tool;

2. Defining a framework to maximize reuse of AI capabilities (external SaaS solutions and internal solutions developed by the Group central Data Lab). The guidelines will be established through analysis of the issues and stakeholders concerned, taking into account their constraints and recommendations through co-construction. They will fit within the broader Group AI guidelines already in place;

3. Creating an inventory of AI SaaS solutions on the market by identifying the appropriate sourcing and ensuring the availability of relevant qualifying information (description, capabilities, prerequisites, etc.);

4. Implementing an appropriate way to query the inventory, conversationally through Copilot prompts, including comparison and best fit for expressed needs. This functionality will also use descriptions of solutions developed internally by the central Data Lab;

5. Completing the mapping between the SG Group use-case inventory and the external and internal offerings in the landscape; 6. Defining simple, actionable monitoring principles for managing the reuse of AI solutions across the Group
