Join us as an Account Executive Accounting to help newly onboarded Qonto clients get their accounting right from day one. You'll be part of a strategic new positioning of Qonto, owning the full sales cycle yourself from first call to signed contract. Astrid Liska, our Sales Lead Accounting, will guide and mentor you closely every step of the way.

➡️ What you'll do

• Engage clients right when it matters: You'll reach out to newly onboarded business creators within days of account creation and guide them to the right offer.
• Stay on it when others give up: You’ll stay proactive with accounts that go quiet, following up thoughtfully and creating more opportunities to keep the conversation going.
• Use a soft-selling approach: You'll diagnose each client's accounting needs and handle competitive and objection-based negotiation with confidence.
• Close the deal: You’ll own the deal end to end, from the initial conversation through to the signed contract.
• Use AI to work smarter: You'll lean on AI tools to prep calls, personalize outreach, and speed up qualification.

  ➡️ What we're looking for

  • You've closed before: At least 1 year of full-time sales experience (CDI), with closing experience and ownership of at least one full sales cycle from end to end. A strong closing rate is a plus.
  • You are fluent in French and English : Both are mandatory languages to master, with a minimum proficiency of C2 in French and C1+ in English.
  • You're comfortable on the phone: You reach out with confidence and build trust fast and bring a consultative mindset to every call.
  • You thrive in an early-stage environment: You're comfortable with processes that are still being created, like to give feedback and you adapt fast when things change.
  • You don't quit: You keep going on unresponsive accounts without losing energy or tact.
  • You're AI-fluent: You use AI tools naturally to sharpen outreach, prep, and follow-up.

      You'll report to Astrid Liska, Sales Lead Accounting. Before Qonto, she built her sales career at Qobra and PayFit France, and she's the one who built Qonto's Regate SDR team from scratch. She's now taking on the same build-from-zero challenge with this new accounting team.

      Having evolved from an SDR to an Account Executive and Key Account Manager before stepping into leadership, she has mastered every stage of the sales cycle and understands exactly what it takes to perform and grow in this environment.
