You will be responsible for driving beverage revenue, developing a wine culture throughout the hotels, selecting wines and spirits for our restaurants and bars and coordinating wine dinners and other promotional events. Ideally with a WSET Level 3 diploma or any relevant qualification. Minimum 2 years work experience as Sommelier or in Retail or Wholesale wine sales.
