Warehouse Operative/FLT driver Days Leicester

We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the day shift, rotating 4 on 4 off days, for our new contract in Leicestershire. Based at their production facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading a factory fed warehouse operation. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of £12.97 per hr with a 1.25% increase for any overtime an a 1.5% on a Sat&Sun. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day: * Handling and putting away palletised goods * Stacking and handling palletsed goods onto trailers * Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improve * Putting pallets into the line feeder for production What you need to succeed at XPO: * A track record of operating an FLT truck * A focus on health and safety * Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial * Counterbalance license B1 * Minimum of 2 years counterbalance experience * Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given * Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given Be part of something big.
