As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off day shift 0700-1900. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive rate of £13.70 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate. What you’ll do on a typical day: As our new warehouse colleague at Hatfield, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our products can be accurately picked & despatched to our customers on time and in full. You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic team and you will primarily be expected to: * o Work in a chilled environment (1-4 degrees) o Moving liquid dairy products across the site o Manual order picking by using MHE trucks and RF guns o Perform various warehouse tasks o Working to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards o Unloading & loading vehicles. o Manual order picking o Stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge. o Full training will be given. What you need to succeed at XPO: * o Basic IT skills o A willingness to learn and build a new career. o An interest or previous experience in warehousing o Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Logistics done differently.
