Warehouse & Logistic Lead

Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch & ensuring proper utilization of warehouse space by adherence to safety and housekeeping standards Coordinate packaging line operations to meet quality, labelling, and customer requirements Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ERP/WMS records Manage domestic and international freight movements, including shipment scheduling, route planning, and carrier performance Lead logistics, warehouse, and packaging teams to achieve operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
