Order Processing

Administration of custom orders from receipt of order to delivery in coordination with manufacturing and relevant departments Process Sales Orders in local ERP system (SAP) Creation and administration of master data for order processing Respond to inquiries regarding delivery schedules and shipping (telephone/ mail) Creation of relevant documents from Acknowledgement of Order, Delivery Note, Invoice, Credit note a.s.o. Conduct coordination activities with the purchasing, sales, and technical departments Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for inventory and shipping, and carry out shipping processes Handle customer complaints regarding returns and delivery delays Participate in business improvement projects conducted internally and globally May include performance of export processes and issue of supplier declarations if required
