Supply Officer Standard Parts, Chemical & Platforms (m/w/d)

Job Description:

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Anticipative planning of the material spectrum under responsibility with the goal of ensuring constant material availability (Coverage)

• Execution of rapid and immediate procurement

• Coordination function and alignment during the introduction of new components

• Collaboration with the responsible suppliers

• Processing and resolution of quality problems within the area of responsibility

• Monitoring and taking measures for revalidation and extension of shelf life

• Communication and coordination with key stakeholders and interfaces, such as strategic purchasing, quality assurance, logistics, program, export control, engineering, production

• Management of responsible suppliers regarding relevant supply chain topics to ensure procurement. This includes, among other things, creation and tracking of catch-up plans, capacity checks, follow-up of improvement measures, negotiation of delivery times and adjustments.

• Support for finding solutions for occurring supply problems

• Support for projects to improve the supply chain regarding lead times and cost minimization

• Participation and organization in relevant multifunctional teams to consistently further develop the supply chains and solve existing challenges

• Processing and resolution of typical problems along the procurement process, such as overdue invoices, blocked orders

• Responsibility for OTD1 collaboration, inventory management and KPI improvements

• Strong capacity and agility with recent data analysis tools like skywise to support process improvements and projects. 

Your Qualifications:

• Completed training in a commercial or technical profession as well as versatile further training - ideally further training as a technician or business economist (Betriebswirt)

• Profound knowledge of SAP and MS Office

• Fundamentals of supply chain processes (especially quality and logistics) are desirable

• Customer-oriented thinking, team spirit, determination, assertiveness

• Fluent English, German and French skills are mandatory

• Communication skills

• Willingness to travel is required

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

• Antizipative Disposition des verantworteten Materialspektrums mit dem Ziel eine stete Materialverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen (Coverage)

• Durchführung von Schnell- und Sofortbeschaffungen

• Koordinationsfunktion und Abstimmung bei Neueinführung von Komponenten

• Kollaboration mit den verantworteten Lieferanten

• Bearbeitung und Lösung von Qualitätsproblemen im Aufgabenbereich

• Überwachung und Treffen von Maßnahmen zur Revalidierung sowie Lagerlaufzeitverlängerung

• Kommunikation und Koordination mit den wesentlichen Stakeholdern und Schnittstellen, wie strategischem Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung, Logistik, Programm, Exportkontrolle, Engineering, Produktion

• Management der verantworteten Lieferanten hinsichtlich relevanter Supply Chain Themen um die Beschaffung sicherzustellen. Dazu zählen unter anderem Erstellung und Verfolgung von Aufholplänen, Kapazitätsprüfungen, Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen,Verhandlungen von Lieferzeiten und -anpassungen.

• Unterstützung von Lösungsfindungen bei auftretenden Versorgungsproblemen

• Unterstützung von Projekten zur Verbesserung der Supply Chain hinsichtlich Wiederbeschaffungszeiten und Kostenminimierung

• Teilnahme und Gestaltung in relevanten Multifunktionsteams um die Lieferketten konsequent weiterzuentwickeln und bestehende Herausforderungen zu lösen

• Bearbeitung und Lösung von typischen Problemstellungen entlang des Beschaffungsprozesses, wie z.B. überfällige Rechnungen, blockierte Bestellungen

• Verantwortung für OTD1 Kollaboration, Bestandsmanagement und KPI Verbesserungen

• Starke Fähigkeiten und Agilität im Umgang mit modernen Datenanalyse-Tools wie Skywise zur Unterstützung von Prozessverbesserungen und Projekten.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen oder technischen Beruf sowie eine vielseitige Weiterbildung - idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Betriebswirt

• Fundierte SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse

• Grundlagen der Supply Chain-Prozesse (insbesondere Qualität und Logistik) sind wünschenswert

• Kundenorientiertes Denken, Teamgeist, Zielstrebigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähig

• Fließende Englisch-, Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich.

• Reisebereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt
