We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a VIE Software Developer / Technical Project Manager - Distribution Technology in Hong-Kong. This role offers the opportunity to work with various business functions in APAC and the international. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience, preferably with Salesforce CRM, and a strong desire to grow into the application / system architect role. Job Responsibilities: Work on hands-on projects and provide ad-hoc BAU supports for APAC (Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan); Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document business requirements, and translate them into technical designs; Independently design, develop, and maintain solutions to support sales, marketing, compliance, legal, and client servicing functions, mainly on the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud; Act as a subject matter expert in system architecture and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements; Implement new modules and features with custom or low-code developments; Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions; Familiar with agile and scrum frameworks to drive the development and implementation. This position is only opened to the candidates who are eligible to the Business France V.I.E. program : - French or European citizens; - Between 18 and 28 years old; - To be from a country other than the host country; - Graduated. Profil et compétences requises Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience, such as Java, C#, Frontend, API, etc; - Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, and Marketing Cloud is a plus; - Salesforce certifications are a plus; - Proactive mindset with a strong desire to transition into the application / system architect role; - Solid business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Strong understanding of agile and scrum methodologies; - Proficiency in English.
