In this exciting role, you'll support the development of our colleagues by delivering high-quality training, coaching and compliance activities that help drive operational excellence. Working closely with managers and site teams, you'll ensure colleagues have the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform at their best while supporting our commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement. This is a full time, permanent position working Friday to Monday 17:00 – 03:00 Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,853.25 plus night shift premium per annum, and 250.8 hours annual leave (including bank holidays).
