About the Role The Product Management team brings together a diverse range of expertise across chemistry and process engineering, agronomy, regulatory affairs, quality, and sustainability. Working collaboratively across a broad portfolio of fertilizer solutions, including commodities, nitrates, premium fertilizers, foliar products, and biostimulants, the team plays a central role in shaping innovative and customer-focused offerings. Technical Marketing Manager supports the successful market positioning and commercialization of our product portfolio by leveraging this collective expertise. Working within the strategic direction set by the Head of Product Management and in close partnership with colleagues across the team, the role is instrumental in translating complex technical knowledge into clear, differentiated, and value-driven product messaging. The Technical Marketing Manager also contributes to the effective deployment of product messaging within the sales organization, equipping teams with the insights and tools needed to engage customers and drive growth across the full portfolio. Responsibilities Product Messaging Development: transform complex technical topics into clear, differentiated, and consistent messages. Develop a strong understanding of product characteristics across technical, agronomic, regulatory, quality, safety, and sustainability aspects, leveraging the expertise of the Product Management team. Build sales arguments in collaboration with the Performance & Growth Managers for each product range. Structure clear, educational, and differentiated product messages, directly usable by the sales team. Adapt content for external audiences (distributors, advisors, farmers), in coordination with the Marketing & Communication team. Act as the owner of consistency for product messaging across all materials and channels (sales presentations, website, digital communication, events, etc.) Sales Support and Go-to-Market Execution: ensure product messaging is usable and effective in the field by adapting content to needs, supporting capability building, and contributing to product launches and their deployment. Produce content for sales enablement tools and go-to-market initiatives (presentations, product sheets, sales arguments), in collaboration with the Marketing & Communication team. Gather needs from sales teams, particularly during regional meetings, and update content accordingly. Contribute to capability building and effective adoption of product messaging internally (product launches, portfolio updates) and externally (technical support during customer product listings). Participate in the preparation of product launches with Product Management, Marketing & Communication, and Sales teams Market and Competitive Analysis: continuously support the improvement of product positioning to maintain offering relevance in a competitive market. Structure feedback from sales teams and field interactions. Contribute to competitive intelligence, in collaboration with the Market Analyst, by monitoring competitive offerings, assessing product benchmarking and analysing market positioning. Cross-analyze field insights and market data to identify differentiation opportunities and improvement areas. Share insights with Product Management team and Performance & Growth Managers. Profile Master’s degree in agronomy, chemistry, engineering, or equivalent Initial experience (2–5 years) in technical marketing or a cross-functional role Experience in crop nutrition or agricultural inputs is a plus Ability to understand complex technical topics and engage with subject-matter experts; good understanding of field realities and commercial expectations Strong analytical and structuring skills with the ability to translate information into clear and business oriented messaging Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders; strong interpersonal skills and team spirit Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences Proactive and autonomous Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience with CRM, knowledge management, or market intelligence tools is a plus Basic knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage Fluent in English Additional Information Location: Our preferred location for this role is Paris, France .
