Overview The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports high-volume recruitment activities for frontline and operational roles within the FMCG business. The role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment pipelines to ensure timely hiring. The coordinator works closely with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and HR teams to meet aggressive hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring standards. Responsibilities Sourcing & Recruitment Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, recruitment drives, and agencies. Manage mass hiring campaigns for blue-collar roles. Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs. Post job advertisements and monitor application responses. Conduct bulk CV searches and database management. Screening & Selection Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening interviews via phone. Evaluate candidates’ availability, communication skills, experience, and salary expectations. Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback. Coordination & Administration Schedule interviews, assessment centers, and hiring events. Coordinate onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring volume. Ensure recruitment trackers and ATS systems are updated regularly. Support recruitment reporting and manpower planning activities. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience in mass hiring within an FMCG, retail, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred. Experience in sourcing large volumes of candidates is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies Strong sourcing and screening skills. Knowledge of recruitment channels and job portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Familiarity with ATS and MS Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
