The Dare To Do More Graduate Programme is an exciting opportunity to develop people early in their careers to help them reach their full potential. We do this by exposure to a breadth of Supply Chain experiences coupled with broad business understanding and an exciting development programme. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Starting September 2027, you’ll do 4 rotations over 3 years across Plan, Make and Move roles within Supply Chain. This could include: Customer Collaboration, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Excellence, Transformation to name a few. Each year you’ll take on more responsibility as your career grows and develops. We’ll give you a clear training package, tailored support and a mentor and coach for the entire length of the program. Should you need to relocate or travel for the role we’ll also be able to contribute towards the cost of the move or travel expenses. • We believe hard work is important, but we also know a balance is essential.
