Structured Products Business Analyst

- Partner with Trading, Sales, Structuring, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to understand structure product business requirements and pain points. - Manage requirements from sales, engineering and operations. - Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. - Challenge and optimize business requirements to ensure scalable and efficient solutions. - Perform impact analysis across systems, processes, and controls. - Support the users on their daily requests and ensure on-duty jobs whenever requested. - Synchronize on the global backlog with the global team. - Collaborate with the different local teams working for other business lines. - Autonomous to collect requirements, designing solution and developing application - Must be creative and innovative and propose better solutions whenever possible - Open-minded and curious to help rationalize and maintain the existing systems - Foresee possible issues to avoid them in early development stages - Aware and curious about new technologies to share their benefits and explore them
