This is an opportunity to shape integrated thinking that connects brand, creative, media and customer experience, while partnering closely with senior clients and creative talent. As Strategy Director, you'll turn complex business, customer and cultural challenges into clear strategic direction that inspires outstanding creative work and delivers measurable commercial impact. This role is an ideal fit for a strategist who is equally comfortable challenging a brief, facilitating a workshop, shaping a creative platform, influencing senior stakeholders or spotting the next opportunity for growth. Responsibilities What You'll Do Lead strategic thinking across a portfolio of integrated accounts. Develop brand, communications and campaign strategies that connect business ambition with customer needs. Translate research, data and cultural insight into clear opportunities for growth. Write inspiring creative briefs that unlock exceptional thinking. Partner with creative, media and client teams to build connected ideas across the customer journey. Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder conversations. Provide trusted counsel to senior client stakeholders. Contribute to organic growth opportunities, agency thought leadership and new business initiatives. Help elevate the quality of strategic thinking across the agency. Qualifications What you'll bring Significant experience in strategy, planning, brand consulting or a related discipline. Deep expertise in brand, communications and creative strategy. A track record of developing insight-led work that creates commercial and creative impact. Strong understanding of customer journeys, channels, media and marketing effectiveness. Exceptional ability to synthesise complexity into clear, compelling strategic direction. Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong workshop facilitation and storytelling skills. A collaborative mindset and a genuine love of partnering with creative teams.
