- Partner with the Growth Manager to develop the European marketing roadmap, ensuring full alignment with business objectives, category priorities, and seasonal opportunities.
- Translate high-level growth objectives into clear campaign strategies and actionable execution plans.
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of the campaign calendar: validate timelines, dependencies, and alignment with product drops, shows, and key events.
- Identify growth levers and propose data-driven initiatives to maximize impact across categories.
Cross-Functional Execution:
- Translate campaign goals into clear, channel-specific briefs (seller activation, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) and ensure full campaign readiness.
- Lead cross-functional execution as project owner: align teams, clarify deliverables, track progress, anticipate risks, and secure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Drive structured communication and stakeholder alignment throughout campaign lifecycles.
Performance, Budgeting & Analysis:
- Define objectives, KPIs, and targets for each campaign and take full accountability for business impact.
- Manage campaign budget allocation and track actuals against plan to ensure efficient spend and ROI discipline.
- Report on results across key growth metrics and demonstrate measurable performance uplift.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify performance drivers, extract learnings, gather cross-team feedback, and implement optimization actions for future initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2–4+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, consulting, operations, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier business, engineering school, or university.
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, with outstanding communication skills (sharp briefs, structured updates, concise explanations).
- Highly data-driven, with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a plus) and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Strong ownership mindset, reliable on deadlines, able to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in parallel with precision and structure.
- Collaborative and energetic, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
