Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Strategic Buyer (f/m) to join our Equipment and Systems Procurement department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing the architecture and supplier base of tomorrow's systems. As part of the Electrical Systems team, you will be involved in driving sourcing activities and contract negotiations aiming at optimizing revenue, cost, and EBIT contribution while securing supplier performance.

Your challenges:
Establish and implement the sourcing strategy for the energy storage & energy conversion perimeter, including managing call for tenders.
Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements to achieve optimum purchasing conditions and customer value.
Monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle (innovation, development, serial, support) to ensure full compliance with terms and conditions.
Drive supplier performance across all dimensions (quality, logistics, support, cost) while managing supply chain risks and opportunities.
Active contribution to Multifunctional Teams (MFT) to align strategies across Programs, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Services.
Your boarding pass:
Professional experience in strategic procurement, complex tendering, or contract management.
Technical expertise in commercial negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and financial analysis (TCO, EBIT contribution).
Strong track record in defining sourcing strategies and leading tender processes (RFP/RFQ).
Proven ability to engage in R&T projects and mitigate supply chain risks within cross-functional environments.
Negotiation-level proficiency in English.
