Jil Sander is looking for a passionate and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Store in Berlin . In this role, you will be a true brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring the continuity of strategic standards and operational excellence while driving business performance and delivering an outstanding client experience. Your Role: As Outlet Manager, you will: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every level Support recruitment activities and conduct performance and probation reviews Inspire, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service Transform every client interaction into a unique and personalized experience Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and effective teamwork Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability Achieve commercial targets through smart team organization and impactful product presentation Contribute to the improvement of commercial performance through product expertise, sales and stock analysis, product rotation and VM supervision Life Skills & Mindset: You bring: A strong passion for fashion, product knowledge and trends Proven experience in team training, empowerment and motivation A positive, inclusive and collaborative leadership style Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment Excellent communication skills across all channels Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving abilities A solid omni-channel and CRM-oriented mindset Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Requirements: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Strong customer-oriented approach At least 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager within fashion or luxury retail If you are driven by performance, people development and the desire to create memorable client experiences, Jil Sander could be the perfect next step in your career. #JS
