Retail & E-Commerce | Endpoint Management Engineer

Design, deploy, and manage endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms to support retail and e-commerce operations Configure and maintain mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management platforms (such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions) Develop and implement device configuration policies, security standards, and compliance requirements aligned with organizational and regulatory guidelines Automate routine endpoint management tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to improve operational efficiency Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, onboarding, updates, patch management, and decommissioning Monitor endpoint health, security posture, and performance metrics; analyze data to identify and resolve issues proactively Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure endpoint devices meet security standards and compliance requirements Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues; maintain detailed documentation of configurations and resolutions Manage Active Directory and identity management systems to ensure proper user access and device authentication Coordinate with retail store managers and e-commerce teams to understand technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and vendor updates in endpoint management 3-5 years of professional experience in endpoint management, IT infrastructure, or systems administration Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID. Experience with Windows 11 and Windows enterprise configuration Strong knowledge of device management, configuration, and deployment across multiple operating systems Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages) Solid understanding of Active Directory, identity management, and network security principles Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and priorities Knowledge of patch management and software deployment processes Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and hybrid IT environments Experience with device compliance and security monitoring tools Understanding of retail technology infrastructure and operational requirements Knowledge of e-commerce systems and their technology dependencies Familiarity with multi-platform device management in enterprise environments The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
