Join our Finance Operations team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment! As a key member of our team, your core mission will be to help manage the complete order-to-cash cycle for our clients but also work on different team projects to improve our day-to-day missions. You'll ensure smooth financial workflows, making a tangible impact on our business. This is a unique opportunity for a curious, proactive, and motivated individual eager to learn and develop new skills. \n


Key responsibilities ✨

Management of the Order to Cash activity :
  • Help in managing the invoicing process for our various large international enterprise accounts.
  • Receive purchase orders from customers, ensure the correct link with projects and monitor their consumption in order to anticipate over-consumption.
  • Ensure that invoices are timely, accurate and complete, in line with our model and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy: accounting, sales, legal
  • Manage customer support on issues relating to purchase orders, invoicing/payment and management of specific off-platform invoicing (credit notes).
  • Reconciliation of customer payments and cash collection of payment notices.
  • Collecting invoices due and overdue and ensuring that payment deadlines are met.
    Innovation / Process automation : Optimize current financial processes and help the team to reduce manual process and scale.


    About you 🧑‍🚀

    • You are currently enrolled in a business school or similar and looking for a full-time 6-month-internship starting from July 2026
    • Having knowledge in finance / administration or a first experience in that field is a big plus !
    • You are proactive, organized and responsible.
    • We are looking for someone eager to learn and discover the freelance world.
    • You have a good command of Excel (ENI, VBA certifications are a plus).
    • You are fully fluent in French and English to communicate with our English-speaking colleagues as well as our clients.


      How to join the mission? 🚀

      • First call with Jeanne, TA Assitant, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes)
      • Interview with a member of the Finance Operations Team, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
      • Home assignment to prepare in order to evaluate your hard skills, to present to your future manager (1-hour interview)
      • Your profile is validated, and we will welcome you in our Parisian office from July 2026!
