Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is a fast-growing business focused on enabling customers to find inspiration, information, entertainment, and community through video content at any point in their shopping journey. As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will own the messaging and positioning for Amazon Shoppable Video — crafting how our products are described to the brands who use them and to the internal teams who sell and build them. This is a highly cross-functional, B2B role with end-to-end ownership of the product story. You will define the narrative for brands and internal teams, shape the self-service brand education, lead go-to-market messaging for new launches, and manage the agency relationships and budget that bring our marketing assets to life. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence across Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to drive understanding and adoption among brands and agencies in the US and international markets. Key job responsibilities Product Narrative & Positioning * Owned the hero narrative for Amazon Shoppable Video — Amazon's video-first suite of ad products — defining how the format is positioned to advertisers, internal stakeholders, and the market * Managed the communications doc, one-pager, and sales decks for Amazon Live, serving as the single source of truth for value proposition, competitive positioning, and proof points across US and international markets * Developed and maintained the managed service (LMS) and self-service (LSS) narratives, including external-facing landing pages Self-Service User Experience * Managed the self-service user experience including authoring help page content, creating instructional help videos, and informing UX copy across the product surface * Ensured a bar-raising customer experience by translating complex product capabilities into clear, accessible guidance for brand-registered sellers Self-Service Go-to-Market * Led self-service GTM strategy, including inputting into the product roadmap, influencing product launch strategy, and building communication plans for customers * Partnered cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure launches met a high CX bar and drove adoption among brands and agencies Agency & Budget Management * Managed agency requests including brief development, SOW negotiations, and creative feedback cycles to deliver high-quality marketing assets (video, sales enablement, playbooks) on time and within budget * Owned PMM program budget allocation, including PO management, invoice reconciliation, spend forecasting. Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches Preferred Qualifications - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
