Spa Receptionist

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Spa Receptionist to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience. Key Accountabilities Ensure smooth and proper operation in Spa & Fitness. Manage the treatment and spa facility booking effectively to maximize profits. Handle guests' enquiries and feedback in a professional manner. Telephone and Reservation system management. Liaise with the Spa Manager and Assistant Manager on forecasts, product and ancillary goods stock levels, and other key operating elements as necessary. General Requirements Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Japanese. Demonstrate the attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture. Ability to effectively multitask across guest services, system administration, cashiering, and providing professional guidance on spa treatments and services.
