Spa Attendant

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking Spa Attendant to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience. Key Accountabilities Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout The Spa & Wellness Center, with particular attention to changing rooms, toilets, showers, and relaxation areas, in accordance with the Spa Operating Manual. Support the daily operations of The Spa & Wellness Center by assisting the Therapist / Reception and Fitness teams as required. Assist therapists with the preparation, set-up, and cleaning of treatment rooms as required to ensure smooth service delivery. Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and colleagues. Ensure all guest lockers are fully stocked with appropriate amenities, including robes, slippers, towels, and other guest supplies. General Requirements Flexible to work all shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnights. Strong hospitality mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace. Previous customer service experience in Food & Beverage, Customer Support, or a similar service-oriented environment preferred. Fluent in spoken English with the ability to communicate confidently with international guests. Able to work in an English-speaking environment, including communication with supervisors and colleagues and the use of English-based systems.
