As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026 , Les Maisons Bocus e are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations Supervise teams and coordinate stations during service Ensure smooth execution and quality consistency Actively participate in production Monitor stock levels and product rotation Train and mentor Chef de Partie and Commis Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards Skills & Soft Skills: Advanced culinary techniques and mastery of cooking methods Ability to execute recipes in line with the Maison’s standards Supervision and coordination of the brigade in the Chef’s absence Stock management, ordering and cost control Strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Training and mentoring of Commis and Chefs de Partie Opening experience (a strong asset) Strong leadership and team-building abilities High standards and attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure Team spirit and effective communication Commitment to excellence and consistency We Offer: Attractive compensation package including base salary and allowances Housing allowance Work visa and residence sponsorship fully covered by the company Health insurance coverage Life and accident insurance 26 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law 5 working days per week with 2 days off The opportunity to be part of the opening team of an exceptional fine-dining project in the Middle East Career growth opportunities within an internationally renowned hospitality group
