Missions principalesRattaché(e) à la direction, vous assurez le pilotage des activités énergie et maintenance d'une tour IGH de 25 000 m2 totalement rénovée
À ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Management et animation d’une équipe de 2 techniciens
Suivi des obligations réglementaires et des contrôles périodiques
Gestion et suivi de la GMAO
Organisation et planification des interventions préventives et correctives
Animation des réunions clients et suivi des engagements contractuels
Reporting d’activité et suivi des indicateurs de performance
Et surtout faire de votre sécurité et celle de vos collègues une priorité ! VOTRE PROFIL
Expérience confirmée en maintenance et gestion énergétique
Compétences en management d’équipe
Maîtrise des outils de GMAO
Bonne connaissance des obligations réglementaires en environnement technique
Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et aisance relationnelle
