SEPTODONT - Supply Chain Coordinator - Contract

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Production Planning & Client CoordinationMaintain and update production data and replenishment schedules.Act as point of contact for internal partners for inventory status and production timelines.Coordinate the execution of the production plan, ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned. 2. Inventory & Warehouse ManagementCoordinate inventory movements to ensure a continuous production flow. Coordinate materials staging process with the warehouse team according to the production schedule.Lead cycle counts for client-owned components and reconcile discrepancies.Review and analyze consumption history to optimize future replenishment levels.Coordinate the inbound and outbound with Logistics, Purchasing and Planning Team 3. Data Analytics & ReportingMaintain complex Excel spreadsheets and automated dashboards.Utilize Power BI (or similar tools) to visualize and update supply chain KPIs and performance metrics. 4. Project Management & Process ImprovementTrack tasks and milestones ensure timely release and delivery of products and services.Conduct regular status meetings, capture minutes, and hold team members accountable for action items.5. Performs other related duties as required.
