Job Description
We’re searching for a Senior Vice President, Group Account Director who will manage the client relationship, partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy and use their deep web knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables.
Responsibilities
Client Operations
Participates in the overall organizational operations, including issues management, capacity planning, infrastructure development, resourcing, etc to support new and existing customer needs.
Provides comprehensive and proactive communication of critical business issues (including but not limited to changes in account activities) and their impact on budget and/or forecasts to senior leadership
Develops accurate and timely revenue budget and forecasts that meet and/or exceed established targets
Acts as a senior resource for client through all client marketing strategies (proposals, new ideas, tactical plans, etc) by providing clients with high-level counsel and strategic advice with respect to their associated brands
Generates product strategy, scientific position and branding supporting fully integrated offerings, including digital
Actively seeks new assignments and revenue opportunities in collaboration with the Vice President
People Management
Mentors a high performance account management team through visibility, accessibility, communication and best practice coaching.
Actively participates in recruitment and development of direct team members (and others within Company as appropriate)
Supports the VP, Account Director in the development of strategic and creative input to their respective client programming initiatives
Responsible for adhering to all Publicis policies and procedures
Qualifications
12+ years experience
8 years of leadership experience in integrated marketing programs and client relationship management with a digital scope
Creative agency and pharma experience, specifically HCP, strongly desired
Effective presentation, training and client-facing skills
In depth communication and written skills
Strong analytic and strategic abilities
Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: USD $180,215.00 - USD $299,637.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
