This is a great opportunity to take ownership of Talent Acquisition across multiple continents, shaping hiring strategy, employer branding, recruitment operations, and TA excellence. As Senior TA Partner, you will need to combine strategic partnership with hands-on recruitment delivery, working closely with leaders to attract top talent and support organizational growth. Responsibilities of Senior TA Partner: Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and functions Partner with leadership on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent mapping Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent Optimize and develop the ATS, recruitment processes, workflows, and reporting Drive structured hiring, candidate experience, DE&I, and recruitment best practices Build and strengthen the employer brand and talent attraction strategy Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders globally Experience required: 5-8 years' Talent Acquisition experience within fast-paced, international organizations Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder management Proven success driving recruitment process improvements and TA transformation initiatives Experience with ATS optimization, employer branding, and recruitment analytics Interest in AI and emerging technologies within Talent Acquisition Comfortable operating independently while balancing strategy and execution EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
