Job Description The Freelance Senior Recruiter will be an integral member of the Talent team and Talent Acquisitionfunction. The Senior Recruiter will serve as the “relationship leader” for specific Capabilities,successfully managing full lifecycle recruiting for open positions at all levels. The role willpartner with Human Resources, Resource Management, Finance and the Hiring teams with theaim of fulfilling open positions. Responsibilities Sourcing Enhance sourcing efforts through networking & cultivating relationships among target passive prospects Identify low and no fee candidate sourcing channels Leverage internal candidate and employee referral program to deliver low and no fee hires Provide advice & counsel to clients regarding sourcing channels & strategies Manage & track effectiveness of search firm partners (as relevant) Assessment & Selection Partner with clients to determine assessment & selection criteria against organizational talent strategies Conduct behavioral-based interviews Ensure positive candidate experience- manage candidate care throughout interview process- deliver feedback and all communication in professional and timely manner Closing Staffing Needs Partner with clients to enhance offer negotiation & closing capabilities Proactively counsel hiring managers on barriers to attracting & hiring candidates Assist with creating and continuous development of candidate “selling tools” Partner with clients to determine & coordinate the execution of post-offer acceptance activities to successfully fill positions Industry Knowledge Seeks out relevant industry resources and communications to enhance knowledge of communications and/or healthcare industry Strong understanding of recruiting tools and techniques Interpersonal/ Leadership Skills Excellent customer focus- establish and maintain  relationships with clients and gains their trust and respect Ability to solve client issues, Ability to interact and build trust with colleagues, management, candidates, vendors and clients positively Demonstrates appropriate level of assertiveness when required; effective verbal and written communications skills Ability to identify and assess talent Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully very bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results. Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn't upset when things are up in the air; doesn't have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty Qualifications 7+ years experience in recruiting in an agency or corporate environment Experience with full lifecycle recruiting is essential Business Focus – interest in and knowledge of the business strategy and key business drivers; links HR initiatives and programs to business needs. Results Oriented – able to define goals and metrics, develop actionable plans and manage work to achieve desired outcomes; has a sense of urgency and fosters the same in others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels of management and personnel both internally and externally  (encompasses verbal, written, listening) Able to establish a high level of trust and credibility in the organization.  Adept at influencing and thinking and practices of each functional manager. Ability to work autonomously and assumes ownership for achieving personal results and collective goals. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
