We’re looking for someone who can generate fresh ideas, experiment with new formats and platforms, and craft inspiring moments rooted in sport, product innovation, brand storytelling, and Nike’s mission.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in communications, ideally within sport, brand, or performance‑driven environments.
  • Proven ability to develop communication strategies that foster engagement, alignment, and cultural cohesion.
  • Solid understanding of football culture in France and its impact on sport, media, and society.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver narrative‑led storytelling and engagement plans.
  • Ability to apply new storytelling approaches and emerging platforms to deepen connections around sport and football.
  • Creative problem‑solver with the ability to develop scalable and impactful communication solutions.
  • Experience contributing to ideation processes and driving innovative strategies, concepts, and partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong writing and storytelling capabilities across internal channels and multiple content formats (written, visual, digital).
  • Ability to shape internal voice and turn complex strategies into simple, human, and memorable employee communications.
  • Experience managing relationships with media, athletes, partners, executives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project‑management skills, including planning, execution, budgeting, and partner or agency oversight.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will build and execute communications strategies that strengthen engagement, alignment, and shared purpose across teams in France, while elevating Nike’s leadership in Football communications. This includes driving Football narratives, Employee Engagement initiatives, media relations, and key Football moments in France. You will also manage and evolve internal channels to deliver timely, inspiring stories for employees and support the EMEA editorial engine.
