You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions at scale. You will leverage AI-assisted coding tools, cloud platforms, and microservice architectures to create reliable, high-performance AI-powered features that drive digital transformation and automation across the organization. What you’ll be doing What will your essential responsibilities include? Leverage Advanced Coding Tools: Utilize AI-assisted coding platforms such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate software development, conduct code reviews, and optimize coding workflows. Architect and Maintain Scalable Microservices: Design, develop, and sustain robust microservice architectures on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Ensure that these architectures are scalable, secure, and capable of handling high volumes of data and user interactions, supporting the organization’s digital transformation initiatives. Integrate AI Models into Production: Seamlessly incorporate AI and automation models into live environments, ensuring they operate reliably under real-world conditions. Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to optimize models for deployment and develop APIs and interfaces necessary for integration. Automate Deployment and Monitoring: Build and enhance automated CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI solutions, enabling rapid and safe updates. Set up comprehensive monitoring systems to track system performance, detect anomalies, and promptly troubleshoot issues, ensuring the stability and efficiency of AI operations. Implement ML Ops and Cloud Best Practices: Apply ML Ops principles to streamline model lifecycle management, including versioning, testing, and deployment. Use cloud-native tools and frameworks to improve system automation, scalability, and security. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work in close partnership with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, develop innovative AI features, and integrate solutions that meet business needs. Troubleshoot and Optimize AI Infrastructure: Diagnose issues related to AI models, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines. Implement solutions to enhance system performance, reduce latency, and improve overall reliability and user experience. You will report to Global Head of Digital Factory. What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Proven experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. Outstanding programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar languages. Hands-on experience working with cloud services and deployment tools. Solid understanding of microservice architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation frameworks. Knowledge of ML Ops, LLMOps, and AI system integration processes. Desired Skills and Abilities: Practical experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs). Prior involvement with agentic or autonomous AI platforms. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
