ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a Sales Associate/Seller to join our retail team and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience in store.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in customer satisfaction and store performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming, assisting and advising customers to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
• Achieving or exceeding individual and store sales targets.
• Supporting store visual standards including merchandising, product displays and signage.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and overall presentation.
• Upholding a professional appearance in line with the company dress code.
• Protecting company assets in accordance with Fanatics PSG retail policies.
• Assisting with inventory management including receiving shipments, processing merchandise and restocking.
• Participating in regular and accurate stock counts.
• Promoting and adhering to all store policies, procedures and guidelines.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Past experience working in retail or sales preferred 
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment 
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events
