We are searching for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to help spearhead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in hospitality sales and have the ability to work independently while supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth across key market segments. Responsibilities: Develop revenue opportunities from Corporate, Government, Embassy, and other market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients Continuously develop new markets and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to monitor account production and adjust strategies as necessary. Ensure all hotel systems, sales databases, and account information are updated and accurate. Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, and hotel inspections. Assist with telemarketing projects and participate in sales events. Travel to national and international sales events as required. Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies and achieve business goals. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. Confident and results-oriented personality.
